the effectiveness of our total ministries
by reviewing and evaluating performance of
general program agencies to the needs of local

Coordination Responsibilities
Minimize
unnecessary overlapping or conflicting approaches
to the local church and annual conference

World Service Special Gifts
Organization
and administration of the World Service Special

the World Service Contingency Fund and approve

Policy and based on the evaluation the two
Councils shall agree on funding allocations
