Welcome to the Office of Research & Planning of the General Council on Ministries. Our mission is to provide research services to assist all levels of The United Methodist Church in making disciples of Jesus Christ. We do this by providing data gathering and analysis through congregational and member surveys, program needs and assessments, program evaluations, and existing census and church statistics.
