The General Council on Ministries maintains the General Church Calendar on behalf of the general agencies of The United Methodist Church as an aid to the agencies in regulating the number and the timing of agency meetings.

Meetings for the following groups may be placed on the calendar:

General Agency
Council of Bishops
Ethnic Caucus
General Conference
Judicial Council
Jurisdictional Meeting
World Methodist Council

The General Council of Finance and Administration (www.gcfa.org) is resposible for maintaining the general calendar of the United Methodist Church effective November 1, 2004.
